Features
New Court Wellness Centre
Set in the Brecon Beacons this new centre has been created by Jane and Bryan
Nicholls on their farm. Previously a dairy farm for 70 years with some bed
and breakfast accommodation, the couple needed to diversify to ensure that
the farm stayed in the family. This is the story of that journey.

Arboleda
This centre lies in a peaceful grove between the mountains and the sea in an
area that is still part of Œ¹real² Spain. The long term plan is to have a
workshop space with a variety of accommodation from luxury lodges to camping
beneath the trees. Although this is just the beginning of the project it
already has a 7.5 metre swimming pool.

The Goodness of Watercress
Is Watercress one of the original super foods? Evidence suggests it is and
there is even a science-based information report .
