Progressive
Kinesiology is accredited by the Association of Natural Medicine
(ANM), which is a registered charity dedicated to teaching therapies
to very high standards. This course is also recognised by the
Kinesiology Federation. Once qualified and registered with the
ANM a practitioner can use the title RMANM Prog.K after their
name and gain insurance to practise.
The
course has been developed along the principles of the holistic
balance of the Mind, Body and Spirit and is written in stages
consisting of the Spirit, Emotional/Mind, Chemical and Structural
Body plus Oriental Diagnosis.
The
Diploma course is specially designed as a comprehensive system
leading on from the essential Eight Day Foundation studies,
and works with the whole body in the chemical, mental and metaphysical
aspects of our life energy. The course is taught in specially
written modules and offers excellent professional training,
which once completed allows you to use these skills
and techniques to work in clinic. It is designed to work with
the Electrical, Emotional, Chemical, Structural and Energetic
Finger modes. Each stage uses the appropriate finger mode to
enhance the students working in that particular area.
Stage
One - Oriental Diagnosis while using Five Element principles
and Tibetan Healing we work on a deep level incorporating the
eye zones and 42 muscle tests, based on the concept that the
bowel needs to be in good health to reduce excess pressure in
the various organs of the body so allowing a person to heal
at the root cause of a condition. Oriental study of the face,
head, body and ears are included.
Stage
Two - Chemical Body looks at the makeup and nutritional requirements
of the physical body, including learning to use test kits and
supplements in order to enhance the whole person. We test for
cholesterol, candida, hypoglycaemia, heavy metal toxicity, toxins,
viruses and parasites, plus look at the relevant supports required
to clear and assist their safe removal from the body.
Stage
Three ñ Structural Body includes working with the endocrine
system, eliminatory processes, TMJ, cranium work and spine plus
various other essential corrections and techniques are included.
Stage
Four - Spiritual Body works with the auric field, chakra system
and colour therapy. We use energy remedies to support, heal
and repair the body's vital force, plus vibrational witness
work to heal distantly. The effects of environment and geopathic
stress on health and well-being are also covered.
Stage Five - The Mind is helped in order to unlock the emotions
or thought controls preventing wellness, which trap illness,
disease and negative belief patterns into the physical. These
can be gently released using emotional support techniques including
NLP, positive affirmations and flower essences.
Stage
Six - Holistic Balance; we work with all the muscle testing
processes to access age regression, past healing and future
work, advanced goal setting plus emotional and physical stress
release. Common diseases and disorders are discussed and treatment
protocol within your practice is brainstormed.
Stage
Seven - The Assessment includes a practical exam and written
paper; case studies, home study and dissertation are part of
the course syllabus and assessment procedure.
Foundation
studies consist of 8 days tuition and 1 days assessment, Professional
training consists of 25 days tuition and 1 day assessment ñ
35 days in total - approx 250 hours tuition, 250 hours home
study, 60 case studies (150 hours), plus a 5,000 word dissertation
paper on students chosen subject within kinesiology (100 hours
approx). The dissertation can be converted into essays, projects
or further case studies depending on the studentís abilities.
Each month students are required to read a designated book to
support their training and the relevant module (50 hours). 800
hours total study is expected ñ 11 hours per week over
18 months.
Advanced
training and master classes are available, including CPD courses
and core subjects, as required by the Kinesiology Federation.
Mentoring sessions are also required for newly qualified professionals.
The ANM represents The Progressive Kinesiology Academy as its
main professional independent training for kinesiology.
